I’ve stayed at this location 4 times over the past few years and it’s always fantastic given the price and its location. It’s cheap, clean, and simple with no smells. You can’t ask for any more from a place that is an hour away from a McDonald’s. I travel a lot for work in a bunch of small areas and this really is the best “2 star” hotel I’ve been too. Will be back again next year.
It is the only hotel in Harper that I recall. It was very clean! Definitely does not have an elevator, keep that in mind! Also there is no outside area. Breakfast was very mid. Wish there was protein other than just microwaved scrambled eggs. Mainly carbs. But for the location, it was charming and cute. You will probably be the only one there…
Hotel is clean. Staff is nice but not attentive. Had to ask for more eggs to be made (at 6:30am) and had to ring a bell checking in, though I saw the associate. No lounge, though website stated there was one. Good option if you don't want to commute from Wichita.

Very clean and quiet hotel which has decent coffee!!!! Yay Seattle's best! Most short stay hotels have awful coffee. Outside benches would be nice on the west end so one could sit outside and enjoy the KS sunset! Friendly staff also
Staff was friendly, room was clean, great selection on breakfast. We were on the second floor, no elevator which made it a little difficult to carry your luggage up stairs. We asked to use their business center ( which is advertised on the hotels website) was told they didn't have one, so I think their website needs updated on that. But overall it was a good experience.
Decent place to stay for a night. Limited water pressure in our shower. Had a flood or spot light right outside our window that was on ALL night (1st floor 110), found that annoying. I would stay there again as it is clean and nice for the price.
Our room was clean and quiet. The beds are very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious! The staff were friendly and helpful.
